Sirromet Winery Wedding
Sirromet is a truly spectacular setting for weddings. It really took my breath away during this summer wedding. The happy couple Niki and Shennan wanted to join their families with a huge party, and that’s exactly what they did.
The pair summarised their relationship as fun, supportive and happy. They decided to organise a wedding that celebrated their unique partnership. The Couple were in company of 90 of their closest friends and family.
This venue boasts some unforgettable photo locations, with rolling vines and breathtaking scenery galore. So, we were totally spoilt for choice when it came to backdrops for those all-important wedding photographs.

Shennan told us that the photos were one of the highlights of the day for him, as well as the ceremony and the delicious dinner! Bride Niki couldn’t choose her favourite moment, instead telling us she’d just love to do the whole day again.
The already stunning setting was made even more spectacular with the addition of fresh flowers throughout. The bride wore a dress by Grace Loves Lace. The groom Shennan, picked out a smart suit from Institute. Catering was provided by the venue team, who specialise in standout weddings at this exceptional location.

The wedding itself was relaxed and laid back, reflecting Niki and Shennan as a couple. After a romantic ceremony with celebrant Alison Pringle, guests enjoyed a fine dining meal, before the party really kicked off. This pair partied hard until 3:30am, explaining they’d have happily kept going but had to call it a night to prepare for day two of the wedding festivities, starting at 11am the following day!
Niki and Shennan later chose to jet off on honeymoon to Hamilton Island, for a short break to mark the start of married life. Then, they quickly headed back to their family who were visiting from New Zealand for the festivities. They later plan to travel to Hong Kong, for a unique honeymoon trip that promises to be totally unforgettable.
